I take pride in extending my sincerest greetings to all the people of San Andres, welcomes our guests and devotees of St. Andrew the Apostle and our miraculous lady of sorrow.
This year’s festivity marks a historical milestone of crossing over to a new plane of political, historical, social, moral and religious dimensions. This years theme fitting address the present leadership agenda of development and its call for unity, political reforms, Upliftment programs, access and Equity to Governance.
As Calolbonganons. Let us jointly meet challengers with a firm resolve to be united in realizing the dream of a progressive San Andres.
