MESSAGE
My felicitation to the people of San Andres, Catanduanes, on the occasion of the town fiesta and feast of Saint Andrew the Apostle!
The celebration gives Calolbonganons and guests an opportune time to be grateful to God, a chance also from everyone, from friends, families and Christians alike to mend strengthen their unity and resolve for a better community and future. As we pursue our noble aim of peace and progress, we are all thus provided with an avenue to look back and integrate new strategies to our development plans, assure that we are united and that each everyone had been influence by the spirit of collaboration and industry as is the message of the fiesta celebration “Uswag Calolbon! Bangon Calolbon!” earnestly tries to foster balanced growth and progress through unity and cooperation among our people.
